Disclaimer for Fresh Flower Arrangements: 

Fresh flowers are perishable. For long lasting flowers we recommend our “Artificial Flowers” products. Fresh flowers have a life of their own. We cannot guarantee how long they will last.

Cancellations and Exchanges:

Please note that all of our products are  100% handmade and custom made to order. We process all orders right away; therefore, we do not accept cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Shipping:

Shipping carriers companies delays are out of my control. Once your package has been drop off to the shipping carrier, we do not have control over when you ultimately receive it. Please make sure the recipient  address you entered is correct. We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect address nor additional shipping costs if package is return to us.

Advertisement: 

We will take pictures of the products and it could be used for advertisement purposes.
